The Venue

As the Sunshine Coast’s largest multi-purpose venue, the Caloundra Events Centre hosts most major events for the region, as well as a dedicated theatre, dance and music program.

Our Scope

Setting Line were engaged to develop the venue teams existing stage lighting upgrade plans to specification for tender and contractor delivery.

The project entailed complete replacement of the venues stage lighting dimmer system, addition of new controls and provision of links to other areas of the building to make operations easier for venue staff.

As a valuable add on, through our connections Setting Line were able to arrange reuse of the removed equipment to another venue.
